A Touring Rally Experience Through Scotland

Join us for a one-day Scenic Tour through the stunning countryside of Ayrshire and Dumfriesshire, finishing at the spectacular Drumlanrig Castle as part of the Lombard Rally Festival weekend.

This event is open to all motorsport and car enthusiasts and is designed to bring drivers and navigators together for a rewarding day on the road. Whether you are experienced or new to rally-style navigation, the tour offers a relaxed and enjoyable way to take part.

What to Expect

• A 100-mile scenic route across public roads
• A Tulip Roadbook to guide you through the course
• A focus on navigation and teamwork between driver and navigator
• A finish at Drumlanrig Castle, joining the Lombard Rally Festival
• Optional participation in the Sunday static car display

This is not a competitive rally. It is a social and engaging driving experience set within one of the UK’s most beautiful regions.

Sunday Static Display

There is an option to display your vehicle at Drumlanrig Castle on Sunday 31 May.
• Vehicles must be in place by 9:00am
• Display runs until 5:00pm

Route Information

The route will cover approximately 100 miles on:
• Public A roads
• B roads
• Unclassified roads

All roads will be sealed surfaces.

Final route details will be issued via email as a Tulip Roadbook in the week leading up to the event.

Regulations

Ecosse Rallye Drivers Club will promote a touring assembly on Saturday 30 May in partnership with Drumlanrig Castle and The Lombard Rally Festival under a Certificate of Exemption issued by Motorsport UK. Certificate of Exemption number will be confirmed with final instructions.

The event is open to all motoring enthusiasts.

Signing On will take place from 9.15am and individual start times will be issued with the Final Instructions in the week preceding the event.

Entrants will be required to have the following where required by law.
A valid MOT Certificate
Vehicle Excise Duty paid
A minimum of Third Party Insurance for all persons who will drive the participating vehicles must be applicable for the duration of the event.

Refunds for withdrawn entries will be at the discretion of the organisers.

The Organisers will not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, any car, its parts or accessories, or for any damage caused by any entrant or car, and any entrant by entering and driving, and a passenger by taking part, shall thereby waive any right of action at law against the organisers for any damage sustained by him (her or them) in consequence of any act or omission on any part of the organisers, or of the officials, representatives or agents with respect to these regulations or to the run or to any matter arising therefrom.
